While visiting a pretty prestigious organization regarding interviews for a position, I was pleasantly surprised to see a copy of the Quality Book for which I was a contributing author (chapter 4). It turns out that 2 people from the organization were also contributing authors for one of the chapters. I’m going to have to go back and re-read that book (and get an updated copy of the latest edition).
